iOptions goes bankrupt

November 11th – 2013

One of the largest brokers in the industry, iOption has closed its doors and is rumored to be preparing a declaration of bankruptcy, affecting thousands of traders, affiliates and personnel.

Ultimately, neither materialized, and the troubled broker has taken the drastic step of closing its doors. This should serve as an additional warning to traders, that only brokers with proper regulatory documents, such as EZTrader, should be entrusted with your money.
